As you lose weight the amount of energy you burn to do everything is less so weight loss would slow down BUT unless your maintenance calories were 1200 you would continue to lose weight.
I am not saying 1200 is the right calorie target for you. That will depend on your activity and how much weight you have to lose.0 -
Don't start off so low if you don't have to. Did you choose a 2lb per week weight loss? And as long as you are eating less than your maintenance calories you will continue to lose weight.0

Is 1200 the deficit or the amount of food you intend to eat ?0
