Ugh! Spitting out????
So I was speaking to a friend of mine and she admitted to me that this is how she lost/maintains her weight: she 'eats' forbidden foods and then spits it out, thus avoiding swallowing it. How gross is that????? Does she have a point?

Constipation weighs???
I suffer from constipation and on the days I weigh in, if I'm constipated I could weigh 2-3 lbs heavier than 2 days earlier. Does this make sense? I keep getting frustrated that I'm gaining weight but my diet is superb!

Coffee alternative
I want to save some calories from coffee and I don't like black coffee. Nor do I want to drink soda. Are there any alternatives for caffeine like a caffeine pill or something?

30 Day Shred too easy?
I'm a former runner who still squeezes in a run when I have a few minutes lol. Is 30 Day Shred going to be too easy for me if I feel the need to do simply something? I don't want to order it and waste my money... Any suggestions for a short intense program?

Body fat %?
What's a normal body fat %? I plugged my measurements into an online calculator and indicated 24.3%. Is that low/average? Thx!

Those last few lbs
I've got about 5-6 lbs left post partum and I'm quite lean at this point. What frustrates me is my lack of time to work out. Weight loss is sloooooow now and I know I will be able to work out down the line one day. How can I get out of this plateau? Or should I put the last few lbs on hold?

Anyone here JUST do strength training and no cardio? And had success becoming lean? If yes, can anyone give me a good routine? I started the squat challenge but want to add to it...

adjusting goal weight?
My prepregnancy weight was 105 (I'm petite) and I'm currently 113. I look good yet deep down I would love to get back there. I feel I'm being dumb and unrealistic. Or am I?

i follow the low fodmap plan but I'm constantly constipated. And it's sabotaging my weight loss. Any advice?

I give up on exercise temporarily
please tell me it's possible to lose without it? I only have 10 lbs to go but with twin newborns and a full time job, no time at ALL and I'm quite down about it. Give me encouragement!
