Anyone else with IBS-C?

i follow the low fodmap plan but I'm constantly constipated. And it's sabotaging my weight loss. Any advice?

Well I have it but I don't follow lowfodmaps. I find for me to eat low to moderate carbs helps. Eating fruits with fibers like papaya, mango, nectarine, and peach help my stuff move along abd eating more beans and limit my breads pastas rice and pb and a good amount of veggies helps this as does yogurt and flaxmeal. But knowing what foods make you constipated helps. Bananas I just discovered are great for constipation and make sure to get you probiotics, enzymes with betaine hcl and vitamins bc a vitamin or zinc deficiency can make you constipated as well as some omega 3s.0
