I know you should weigh yourself in the morning but the weight loss club I go to is at 7.30pm where I get weighed in as I can’t go to a morning one because of work I know I’m always going to weigh more at night but do u have any tips to help me not be so heavy and bloated at night, thanks (:

Food calories when exercising?
So MyFitnessPal says to eat 1,480 calories a day to lose 1lb per week I exercise usually 3-4 times a week and I'm confused as people are saying the calories you burn exersicing I must eat back for energy but then what the point exercing (for weightlose) if I'm just going to eat it all back again??????

I'm trying to lose about 30lb Why when I exercise am I then allowed to eat more calories because doesn't this just cancel out the calories I've just burnt so therefore it seems like exercise is pointless if I'm just going to re eat the calories again?
