    Mississippi Mud? I would say 470-500 calories. I used Mr Google.

    I look up restaurant deserts quite often (I am always curious about what I USED to eat) and most are around 750 to 1100 calories per. This is usually chain restaurants, so maybe a diner would be different?

    When I log stuff from restaurants I usually just guesstimate. Type in mud pie - select one that is about the size of what you had. Then log the ice cream, toppings, etc. separately the same way - just choose something similar. You're out to eat, so it will never be 100%
