Logging Water/Drinks
If you drink herbal tea as well as other drinks, do you log them as water or do a search on the data base and have them logged in their own right? I have been logging them as water but if it has been another drink such as Horlicks Light or Skinny Mocha, I have logged them separately.

I have created a phased routine and on one of the displays there is a minimum and maximum heart rate. I presume this has been generated from my weight age and height. When doing the phased routine I hear a beeping and the lower bpm is flashing. Can anyone tell me what this means?

How do you log when leaving parts of food?
By this I mean if for example you have a chippy fish and only eat half the batter. Another example is like I have just had a quorn toad in the hole.
