I've made some progress... but im not where I want to be yet. Don't worry though, I'll get there.
So I've been on a mission... Probably the same mission as you.. Maybe not. But mine was to lose weight and not be fat anymore. My gym membership started January 4, 2016, but I've been doing other excersices a couple months before that(walks, road cycling, basketball, etc.) because I was intimidated to go to the gym at 275…

My goal weight is 180lbs but I'll take 199(i want to get out of the 200s). These past 2 months have been brutal.(soreness) But im not going to give up now! Not…

So happy right now! I mean I haven't lost any weight since the first week of starting this new lifestyle but damn have I noticed progress. Weird how I haven't lost any weight...but there's still other changes. Like I can lift pretty heavy weights now, I can run for longer, my stomach is kinda noticibly smaller, I went down…

My goal was to lose weight not maintain it...
I know my diets not the best but I always try my best to be under my calorie goal... I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for about 2 months and i bike ride everywhere I go( literally everywhere(no car)) What am I doing wrong? My guess is just that the fat is turning into muscle because I have been increasing weight in…

Just bought a punching bag to add boxing to my workout, best decision I've ever made
I wanted to add some new workouts to my routine because I don't do much cardio. Really the main cardio excersise i do is biking where I need to go(no car atm) so I decided to go with boxing. And IMO its the best cardio I've ever done. I just did basic jab cross combos, some nonstop puches every now and then and a bit of…

Is it OK to be under your calorie goal by say... 1000?
I'm usually under by 200 - 600... But today and other days before that I was under by alot. Is that bad? And also I ate a 900 calorie burger yesterday and I feel so guilty about it... Never again... Was not worth that amount of calories. I have an open diary btw.

Am I eating too little?
Someone said my diary was "awful". And that the way i eat is disordered... Can I get anyone's opinion? I don't starve myself btw. I just get full easily. Yesterday I couldn't even finish a donut... So take that into consideration. And I go to the gym every morning, I do 30 min of cardio and 30 min of weight lifting. After…

20 yrs old. Trying to get fit like the old days. Goal: 180 lbs weight: 240 lbs
I used to be so fit a couple years ago. I weighed 150 lbs. I went to the gym everyday. Ran 5 miles every morning. Benched 175 lbs. Could do 100 push ups in one go. I really miss those days. So I'm working hard to get back to the old me. Add me.. That'd be great :)
