Just bought a punching bag to add boxing to my workout, best decision I've ever made

I wanted to add some new workouts to my routine because I don't do much cardio. Really the main cardio excersise i do is biking where I need to go(no car atm) so I decided to go with boxing. And IMO its the best cardio I've ever done. I just did basic jab cross combos, some nonstop puches every now and then and a bit of sparring techniques for 30 mins. And i woke up the next morning extremely sore. Havent felt like that since the first week at the gym. I highly recommend this.

    I love my heavy bag! I do several different combos, jab-cross-roundhouse is my favorite, but I have the bottom tethered so it doesn't fly to far! I love throwing the kicks in there along with some elbows too! I find even 10 minutes of constant punches, elbows, and kicks gets my heart rate and respirations up pretty high. Enjoy!

    Sounds like a good way to work out some aggressions as well... I may need to try it!!
