I am at the beginning of my journey and my current stats are as follows: SW 187 GW 140 Sedentary but run 4 miles 3 X a week Eat at 1400 Kcal Ladies with similar stats please can you share you success stories. How did you do it? Can you share a typical days eating plan?

Has anyone had good results using mostly body pump. I will be doing four classes a week as it's how the timetable at the gym works for me. Just wondering People's results from this?

Spreading cals across the week
Does anyone else do this? If so what are your results? My daily cal goal is 1300 so x 7 is 9100 I am looking at doing two days at 750 Then the remaining five at 1520.

Started running and gaining weight
I started CICO out two weeks ago. Was down 1.5lb first week. Have started running 4 miles 3 x a week and this week I've gained that 1.5lb back. Can going from sedentary to active cause a gain?

I was wondering people's thoughts/views/success with 16:8? Does it work? I'm keen to try it as I like the fact I am not going to bed on a full Tummy and tried 5:2 before but found that to extreme so this sounds ideal. Can I do it Monday - Friday only?

5:2 Fast Diet
Anyone had success with this? I am keen to try it for various reasons. Can anyone tell me if I should eat back an exercise cals on a fast day? I burn approx 500 so that's burning my daily intake.

Exercise cals
How important is it to eat them back? Does anyone not eat them back and still lose? I have 1250 kcal a day and burn 500-600 a day in my training but am finding with eating half of them back I'm not losing.
