I know that you shouldnt eat too much because of mercury levels But does that go for canned Salmon and Mackerel too?

I love having 2 sachets of quaker oats with water in the morning.. It keeps me full for hours but I read somewhere that its not good for Weightloss?

My fitness pal is telling me that I should Be eating 1200 per day but I was just wondering isnt that too little? Are any of you's on a 1200 calorie? If so how do you feel.. Any weakness?
