I am on maintenance/recomp, and have been for about six months. My base calories are somewhere around 2100 for being 6'2" tall. My actual calories daily after exercise are usually around 2600 sometimes 3000 depending on the amount of exercise I do.

I'm 5'4 and avg 2000 cals when losing weight.

To put this into perspective though:
I'm female and approx 130 lbs currently (HW being 260 lbs).
I am fairly active. Before I started working I was in the gym 5-6 days a week and averaging 12k steps a day while also being a stay-at-home mom to 2 boys.
I recently started working at a job that has me on my feet all day and I am working out 2-3 days a week. My 2 boys ( 2 yr and 4 yr) have me on my feet a lot when at home as well.

I am a 29yr old female, 5'6. MFP says I eat 1,400 cals to lose 1lb a week. I eat between 1,200 and 1,500 (depends on if i have wine that night lol). I have been losing 2lbs a week thus far, I think it is because I don't log cals burned while working out..so I don't eat them all back. But I'm usually consuming between 1,200 and 1,500 a day...usually under the 1,400 mark...

My goal is 1200, and I usually go a little over. So maybe an average of 1300?

I'm 5'8" and very sedentary, with an unusually slow metabolism. I eat ~1200 during the week and 1600-2200 on the weekends. I am for an average of 1700 over the whole week.

4' 11" and 1,400 (not strict, I usually eat back exercise calories)
Side note: I'm in a bulk. When cutting season comes around I'll drop to 1,400 without the extra allowed exercise calories to be eaten back and will incorporate 20-30 minutes of cardio per day.
