How do I burn this little lot off and how many kcal?
1 protein bar 1 white bread wrap 2 chocolate Cadbury rolls 1 Philadelphia dipper (102 kca) 1 pint skimmed milk Yep and one egg sandwich. Do not ask! Trying to work out how many kcal I’ve had and yes I feel stuffed (wasn’t in one go!)

I think this emphasises why I can’t have carbs. Freshly cooked rye bread - I ate the lot at breakfast. Oh the shame. It’s probably just greed but reminds me I’m better off not having carbs as I have no stop button. It was plain fresh cooked rye bread. I wonder if carbs do just overload the brain with feel good factors!

Well I was doing brilliantly after no exercise over Christmas started a 10miles cycling every day. Today o felt like I had flu - tiredness. Has anyone else found weight from Christmas appeared a few weeks after?
I was amazed over the Christmas period I gained zero weight at the time. I overate. Today sudden weight gain, I haven’t been overeating or adjusted carb intake. My trousers all felt tighter. Do you think it’s true that weight gain can take a while to accumulate. I certainly haven’t been overeating over the past week or so.

How to recover whole box of chocolates and chocolate pancakes!
Yep tom (sorry gentleman) and started on the green and black pralines then moved onto the kids pancakes- devoured the lot.
