Hi All I want to try the Stronglifts programme but as I will be working out at home what's the alternative to a Bench Press as I don't have a bench - can this be done lay on the floor? Also am I allowed to add any other exercises in like Hip Thrusts or Glute Bridges?

Hi All Just discovered the SKYR Icelandic Yogurt which has 81cals per pot, 14g protein, 5.7g Carbs and 5.3g Sugar (incase anyway was interested) and its really nice! Its nice and thick. Just thought I'd share. x

Is a daily calorie goal....
Just your TDEE minus a percentage (15%, 20% etc) which in turn puts you in a deficit? MFP tells me if I want to maintain my weight with lightly active lifestyle then I’d have a goal of 1980 - is that my TDEE?
