Feeling good...

This week I have worked out twice and I am feeling proud - just wanted to share.
I have this nasty habit of doing to much, feelings of guilt if I miss a workout, overloading myself with information and then failing which is why I haven't worked out in a few months because I go all out 100% then burnout and do 0%!.
This week I've just been using my Kettlebells (10kg each) and doing intervals of certain workouts. My goal is just to get back into working out with no pressure, no feelings of guilt and no information overload to the point my brain hurts!
Well done me.

Yes, well done you
Once you get into the workout habit, it'll become the norm1 -
Good for you and good attitude to keep going. Working out shouldn't be difficult like some people seem to make it. Take it slow and build each week. It was the hardest thing for me to get the ball rolling again but now it's like brushing my teeth and I enjoy it.1
