Feeling positive....

Today I am feeling positive :-) Just thought I'd share.

I posted on here a couple of weeks ago about wanting some advice/support to break my cycle in terms of my eating habits etc.

I've just been concentrating on being kind to myself and I've worked out twice this week! A kettlebell workout which lasted 15 minutes which I know isn't a long workout but its 15mins more than what I've done in a while plus its all about changing my mindset too in terms of the length of a workout - I always think I HAVE to do 30 minutes or more because anything less is just not good enough but I was kind to myself and 15mins was an achievement. I also did a 2.68km "run" (or slow jog) on Tuesday morning as I really want to get into running and learn to love it but I always aim too high and end up giving up! But I took my time, I didn't rush, I "ran" slower than slow but I still did it
