Hi All
I've been out the fitness game for a while and really wanting to get back into it.
I'm thinking of starting off with my Kettlebell just to ease myself back in and wondered if anyone follows any good Kettlebell workout videos/programmes that I could try.
My goal is just to get back into it :-) and to start off simple :-)

I use a kettlebell as part of my strength routine but it's not a kettlebell specific routine.
I did a quick search of youtube videos and this one seemed to be a pretty comprehensive beginner routine...

Have you used a KB before? How heavy is the one you have?

Yeah I've used them before...the one I currently have is 10kg (I have two of them). I also have a barbell and weights but wanted to start off with my KB's first. I'll check out YouTube
