Can you guys recommend a good home workout may it be video or app or whatever (: I have a 7 month old who’s super needy but when I have the free time I want something to just excercise preference of a quick 30 min workout that actually burns well (: I’m not super fit (At all) also lol

Would these be considered healthy? Is it the same as water no calories sodium or anything besides carbonated water and natural flavors , what exactly is natural flavors ? I usually try to stick to plain water but I might be able to up my intake if I can drink these ?
