Sorry if this is annoying so I want to know,
I work as a juicer , my job includes lifting 25-75 pounds at a time (boxes of fruit/veggies crates of bottled juice ) we prep pour bottle label etc so ALWAYS moving aha ! Sometimes I will stand obv while pouring and doing the bottling process cleaning is also a process I also scrub the floors I work Tue-fri 8 hours a day and 3 days off I do basica excercise and I care for a newborn so I’m never really just “sitting” and chilling besides feeding her lol and I clean . Should I just keep it at active , I don’t count my steps and I don’t always have my phone on my person because I’m busy and I squat down a lot so my phone would just fall out my prep coat lmao or in the sink 😹😹.
