Steps taken versus exercise walking/hiking
Could I get a little clarification, I see that the steps taken from my Google Fit are imported, but "walking" as an exercise must be added separate? Are the steps simply to assess lifestyle? As in if I got for a walk in the dunes, I should make sure to log it as exercise and not just import the steps taken? Thank you!

How to enter meals when you work 2nd or 3rd?
I'm trying to figure this out, at the end of my day I will have my last meal before bed around 3AM usually, so that's my dinner, but it shows up as the calories for the next day. So I just call my dinner Breakfast and my first meal after waking lunch?
