Because not all fats are created equal, is there any way to set your goals to reflect certain types of fats?

What are you concerned with? Whether it's saturated, unsaturated, trans? Because fat calories are fat calories and when it comes to weightloss, it's about CICO.useyourthorns wrote: »Because not all fats are created equal, is there any way to set your goals to reflect certain types of fats?

Yes, here:

Your options are Fat, Saturated Fat, Polyunsaturated, Monounsaturated, and Trans Fat.
Since December, I've been working on reducing my fat and saturated fat for a particular medical condition, as well as increasing fiber. Not only did this help with that, but I also stay fuller on less calories, so I am FINALLY in weight loss mode again.2 -
