Old-new here, I used this site years ago quite a bit for fitness tracking. It was good then, but its just gotten better.
I'm a mother of a 3 year old and on anti-thyroid medicine which were a big contributing factor in my current weight. (I was gaining ~10lbs a week for the first month I was on it and have pretty much stayed at that weight since.)
Along the lines of trying to calm down my immune system, which is the reason I have to be on anti-thyroid medicine, my doctor has me on a restricted diet so its especially important to me to make sure I'm getting good nutrition. The weight loss (~45lbs) is definitely a goal, but it's a secondary goal to healing and regaining my strength.
