Weightlifting after flying?
Flying super early tomorrow and coming home the next day. Flight is only 2 1/2 hours. I want to lift after coming home, but I've read you shouldn't? Thoughts?

How many rest days between lifting?
So Normally I lift T/W, rest TH, lift F/S. However, I can't get my workout in on Friday. Yesterday I was supposed to rest but did some trail riding on my dirtbike (motocross) for about an hour. So it's either lift today bein a lil sore, or lift 3 days in a row, off Friday, lift Saturday. Lol advice?

Signs it's time to deload?
It's been 6 weeks since my last deload (which was hiking and some moto dirtbiking on vaca). Is this too soon? Idk if this past week was just a bad one or if my body just needs a break, but the weights felt so heavy and it was hard to push myself like I usually do. I am eating plenty and getting enough sleep. I was supposed…

Can I lift after SIBO test prep?
I had to do a diet prep and fast for 13 hrs for the SIBO breath test. The diet yesterday included only rice, shrimp, eggs, and canned white potatoes. Then I drank the 75g glucose drink this morning.😖 I ate normal today but still feel a tiny "off". Do you think it's safe to workout if I feel up to it?

I crush my workouts after refeed days?
I know some do a refeed day when eating in deficit, but I eat at maintenance or a couple hundred cals above. And every so often I eat 500+ calories and while my stomach feels incredibly uncomfortable and I feel like a fat pos, I end up crushing my workouts the days following and feel less burnt out. Anyone else have this?…

Does it matter if you start the week with upper or lower?
I do a 4 day upper/lower split. I normally start the week with heavy legs then arms next day. I read somewhere you should do heavier days towards end of week to recover? My arms tend to get tired on lower days (short girl probs) so wondering if I should flip it, and start the week with bench press/upper day then "heavier"…

How many calories do you think dirtbiking (moto) burns?
Trail riding with sand, hills, etc. I'm always starving after but don't want to go extremely over my calories. :) I'm 5'1 and my bike weighs around 250lbs with gas. My forearms is what feels the most worked after a single track too.

How many rest days do you take?
Do you take them between training days or all in a row? I usually do 2 on, 2 off. But thinking of doing 4 straight this week. My arms are sore from upper yesterday, so I don't know if lower is a good idea since I'm deadlifting etc.

Is it bad to lift late in the night?
I have an all day event today and I really want to hit upper day. Would 11 p.m./12 a.m. be too late? I normally lift late afternoon or evening. If it was earlier in the week I would push it off until tomorrow, but tomorrow is Sunday and this is the last upper of my week. :/

Took a hit to the sternum..RDL alternatives?
I have a bruised sternum right now and I don't think I'll be able to do most leg excercises today that involve lifting. Anyone have RDL alternatives or leg excercises that don't involve heavy lifting? Thinking of doing cable RDLs for now.

I am worried about missing my workouts on vaca. Advice?
I was planning on working out 5 days in a row to get it in before I leave, but I don't think I will as I'm on day 2 and tired af lol. I had a deload week like 3 weeks ago so I'm worried about strength loss missing a couple workouts this week. I plan on a stretching and doing core workouts in my hotel room lol. Advice?

Is it okay to lift 5 days in a row?
I do a 4 day upper/lower split and sometimes take a rest day in the middle, or do all 4 in a row. Since I'm doing my last lift of the week tomorrow and need to get next week's in lifts in before I leave for vaca, I will be lifting 5 days in a row. Is that fine? I'd be resting for days after.

Best ways to deload?
I currently do a 4 day upper/lower split and wondering how to deload properly. Can I reduce my training days to 2 days, and do some walking or yoga added? Do those 2 lifting days need to be lighter than usual? Reps/sets or weight, or both? Do I have to follow percentages or just cut the weight down or do what feels light?
