Is it bad to lift late in the night?

I have an all day event today and I really want to hit upper day. Would 11 p.m./12 a.m. be too late? I normally lift late afternoon or evening.
If it was earlier in the week I would push it off until tomorrow, but tomorrow is Sunday and this is the last upper of my week.

I’m sure there are reasons it’s not ideal but surely it’s better than skipping.

I don't see why it would be bad. You might have some trouble calling asleep, but we're all different 🙂0

I have been lifting for years at 9pm. As long as it doesn't impact your sleep, you are good0

I got home way later than I thought and had to miss the workout...ugh. life happens I guess.3
