Good Exercises for Gamers and people that like TV.
When you are playing a multiplayer console game, at intermission get down and do 15 push-ups or plank on a medicine ball. If you don't game, but you watch TV, just do those exercises at the commercials. I have been doing that for a week now, and I really feel a difference.

Jessica Alba's double corsett claim. How would that work?
If you have seen the news, she says that after her baby was born, she wore a double corsett very tight and this helped regain her figure. How would this work? Wouldn't a very tight corsett possibly weaken core muscles? If it just made her sweat, what's the point. That doesn't burn fat and tighten muscle? Any thought or…

Dream analysis requested for a lame dream I had.
Dream analysis requested for a really lame dream I had last night. Last night I had a very “realistic” dream, that was actually much lamer than dreams can and probably should be. I know sometimes dreams are often “meaningless”, in that they are just a way of your brain unloading memories and emotions and sometimes it’s a…

50 Year Old Couples? Protection?
Quick question that hopefully won't be pulled by the monitors. If you are around 50 and in a very long term stable relationship, do you use protection? I have seen conflicting stats about how late pregnancy can occur. Update: People are posting about STDs, we have been married almost 25 years. That is not really an issue…

Sex at 50? Do you use a condom or other protection?
Serious question. Do MFP members in the 48 to 52 year old range, have sex without condoms or protection? This of course assumes long term partners that don't have any STDs, etc..... What are your experiences? Online I found some stats that it is virtually impossible to get pregnant and others stats that the odds of a…

Movie Recommendations
Spider-Man was good, if you like that kind of movie, you will like this. It has a mature enough script where no one is truly evil(sort of). Ted, if you like family guy, you will like this. It is funny and you get to look at Mila Kunis and Mark Wahlberg in almost every scene, so its good for most tastes. Does anyone else…
