Good Exercises for Gamers and people that like TV.

When you are playing a multiplayer console game, at intermission get down and do 15 push-ups or plank on a medicine ball.
If you don't game, but you watch TV, just do those exercises at the commercials.

I have been doing that for a week now, and I really feel a difference.
