Zero Noodles!
Is anyone eating these?? Do you know if they keep once you open the packet? There appears to be 2 100g servings per pack but they appear to be packed in some kind of liquid, so I was wondering if they all need to be used immediately. They are expensive so really wouldn't want to waste any!

American Eggs!
Just pure curiosity.... I have noticed on here and from looking at people's diaries a large egg in the US appears to be 70 calories. This seems a generally accepted number. In the UK, a large egg is 103 calories!! Are British eggs bigger than American eggs?! I feel cheated! Does anyone know why this difference?!

I am thinking of changing things up a bit and working to weekly goals rather than daily. Does anyone do this? I can't work out every day, so on non-workout days 1200 cals seems very low and on workout days 1700 or so seems a lot and I think I would eat for the sake of it!
