Carb Backloading question
Want to give CBL a shot. The instructions are pretty clear for the individuals that workout in the morning or between 3 and 5 pm. However, when it comes to working out between 12 pm and 3 pm, things get moot. How should my day look if I workout from 2pm to 3pm for instance?

Back fat progress (pic)
First picture taken March 28, 2012, second picture taken two days ago. During that period I only lost 3-4 lbs. I did start working out again though (after laying low for a good year or so). Back fat seems to have started going away...

Chest fat...
Seem to be losing fat everywhere BUT the chest area (yes, moobs).... I started gaining weight in that area since a kid. Did heavy bench press for years, gained muscle UNDERNEATH the fat, lol. Is it true that first fat on is the last fat off?
