Hey everyone! I have been watching my calorie intake for 6 months now (with 2 months off in between) and love it! I can finally stick to this routine as I do not consider this to be a diet as I do not limit anything and eat whatever I want so long as I do not go over 1800 calories a day, and if I do I trie to exercise the excess off. I downloaded a phone app as well and it has helped me monumentally as I can log everywhere I go! Feels good to a part of this!
