What website do you use to find your TDEE.? There is 2 websites I know of and they are 100 calories different.

Workouts
What is everyone doing right now for their workouts? I am on week 2 of T25. It is hard and I have to use the modifier for some moves but wow what a workout! I have already improved from week 1. Looking forward to the next 8 weeks of the program!

I have been doing T25 for 3 weeks and this wk I also started bootcamp. Im burning between 400-800 calories per day. How many calories do you suggest I eat?

2 weeks of T25
Tomorrow is my 2 week mark of T25 and im down 7.25 inches and 4 pounds. I love this program!

Started T25
Well yesterday was day 1 of T25. I am totally impressed with it! The amount you sweat you lose in 25 minutes is insane and high calorie burn. Who else is doing T25?

Depressed
I don't know what is going on with me right now but I want to lose weight so bad and want to feel good about myself that I'm getting depressed then all I want to do is eat crap food!! Has anyone else ever went through this? What did you do to turn yourself around? All I want to do is cry and eat junk.

Protein
How much protein do you eat in a day? I have heard lately that too much protein actually turns into fat. I am SO confused right now. Unless you are lifting heavy weights daily you don't need a lot of protein. What do you eat?

TDEE or MFP
Today I am starting TDEE -20%. I am scared because I think I will be eating too much. I also have my ratios set to 50% carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. To me I think MFP calories plus eating your exercise calories makes more sense to me. Maybe I am just scared of eating all that food and not losing. What do you suggest?…

How many calories?
I am back monday to starting to count calories and workout. I am so confused on what to do. Do I eat 1200 calories, the 1200 plus my exercise calories? I did see people doing a 20% reduction of their TDEE. What has worked for you?
