What website do you use to find your TDEE.? There is 2 websites I know of and they are 100 calories different.

All of them are estimates. Pick one and go with it, or average them out. Calculate your TDEE-% and stick with that for a month. If you aren't seeing the results you expect based on your calculations adjust 100 up or down accordingly.

This exactly! I seem to be happiest at around 1800 a day and will recalculate once I drop another 14 pounds. Working so far so happy!

I use http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ and go by my Sedentary TDEE from there, eating back exercise calories.

I also use their 3 Body Fat % calculators, average them out, and use that as my benchmark.
