Im so happy to be posting in the success story section for my first time!
Today I completed the first 30 out of 90 days of Body Revolution. Im have never stuck to a workout program this long before!
I lost 7lbs, 9.5 inches and 0.6% of body fat.
I should have had better results but my wknds are hard and I loser control for some reason. Going to try and control them better!
