Getting back on track!
I only started getting back to healthy eating (in my case vegetarian and mostly vegan) and exercise 11 days ago, but look! My love handles (muffin top?) are already starting to fade away!!! I'm 5'2", starting body fat 36.6%, down to 35.5% according to my body fat scale :)

I am wondering what are the alternatives to lifting heavy? I got a gym membership this month and have started lifting weights, but it is really cutting into my budget so I am not going to be able to buy another month's membership.
