30DS/Calories Question

I am doing 30 Day Shred and missed two days of exercise because I was at the beach. I also ate a lot more than usual (about 1000 over goal Fri and Sat) but I was walking around and swimming a lot...
I am thinking about doing my cardio and 30DS both twice today to make up for the missed exercises and make up for all the extra calories I ate over the two days.
Edit: I forgot to say I was on day 5 of 30DS on Thursday.

So my questions are:
Does a higher deficit today make up for going over before?
Will this throw my progress off for 30DS?
