For the first time in 2 months I have gone from a size 22/24 to a loose fitting size 16 and it feels great.I have lost a total of 28 inches off my entire body and 35 pounds as of today.So I thought I would toot my horn today and say YAY ME !! I have to bragg cause I am so excited
I am in the 220's now.I pushed three pounds off from the beginning of this week.I weigh 229!! it feels so great!! I knew I could do it with some dedication and hard work and I am going to continue to do it.Thanks Myastyme for the advice it really works and your proof of that and now I am too!!

I have lost a total of 7.5 inches off my hips,5 inches off my waist,2 inches off of each of my arms and 3 inches off of each of my legs for a total of 22.5 inches off my entire body and a total of 14 pounds YAY ME !! I read a post on here that said you should only eat 20 grams of carbs a day .My carbs were calculated on here for me like everyone elses and it says I should have 169 a day without exercise.So what is the talk about 20 grams of carbs.Should I be eating less carbs now?
