Body Pump
Who does body pump classes? I started a few weeks ago and I LOVE it :love: I just couldn't see how strength training could be enjoyable but now I can! This is a really pointless thread but just wanted to spread the body pump love :heart: haha

Temperature of water!?
I just read something that said.. "only drink cold water, this will boost your metabolism" Is this true? I hate cold water stright fom the fridge, hurts my teeth!

Right, so I like to eat my meals like this- Breakfast Snack Lunch Snack Dinner Snack My snacks usually consist of apples, bananas, special k bars, rivita and philidelphia light. HELP!! GPS WATCH & HRM!!

I went back to my old work for the day on Saturday to cover someone who was away.. Some of the clients I used to see every week for about 4 years didn't recognise me at all. It wasn't until my boss said my name or they had left the salon that they realised it was me!

Vicious circle!!!
I love food.. My theory is if I burn the calories during exercise, I can eat more. The problem is that the more exercise I do, the more hungry I am, the more I eat, the more I have to exercise etc. Should I cut back on food & exercise all together? Or keep eating & running like mad? lol

Strength training!!!

30 day shred- failure!
I am finding it hard to fit in 30 DS every single day along with my running regime! So far I have done Sept 16-19th then 22-23rd, so I have missed 3 days so far. Should I just give up or will I benefit at all from doing it in this way?

Where am I going with this!?!
I feel like I have hit a plateau, I have not lost any lbs for about a month now.. I run around 25 miles a week and have been doing 30 day shred for the past week. When I was losing before my daily calorie goal = 1000 and I did not eat my exercise calories, now my goal = 1200 I really don't want to reduce my goal to 1000…

Under active thyroid
Any tips on diet and fitness for people with an under active thyroid? My calorie goal is 1000 and I am doing at least 30 min exercise a day but it is very hard to shift any pounds at the moment! My BMI is still classed as "overweight".
