Im 170cm around 5'7 I weigh 193 pounds now before pregnancy i was 163pounds ..I'm also 5 wks pp, my bmr is around 1600 my TDEE is 2300 roughly I'm also walking 5000 steps a day Fitbit;) and I've started turbofire which I burn upwards too 500 calories per workout, MFP puts me at 1400 cal to lose but I feel that's a crazy…

Weight gain " who put on over the reccomended weight again??
44 pounds and counting for me.... Makes me so sad :( dam you pregnant body lol btw I'm 31 wks and 1 day I exercise 4 days a wk and eat around 2200 cal day... Fingers crossed I can drop this weight quickly and safely after birth anyone else in my position??

Sunnto hrm dropping out when working out??
My sunnto M4 keeps dropping out on heart rate when I workout it's never done this before I'm guessing because my increase bust size lol is making it move ?? I've replaced both batteries in watch And belt tried tightening the belt, I do wet the belt also, I do rinse after workout too etc, is anyone else experiencing this??…

who knows more than me please need a little helping hand, i worked mine out to be 1800 cal roughly i do not eat my calories back i get that but i got told not to go under my BMR so if i do not eat my calories back ill be only netting 1300 cal and this will be under my BMR is this right?? my bmr is 1600 im confused
