proberly another fitbit question : anywho lol ive set up my account and it states i should eat 1400 cal a day yep ok but when my fitbit tells me ive burnt 1200 cal shouldnt i be able to eat more because ive nearly burnt everytthing ive eaten/? i does not let me do that, lets say ive eaten 900 cal so far so i have 500 remaining but cos ive burnt 1200 shouldn i be able to eat more??

Both FItBit and MFP give you credit for being alive during the day. You only want to eat back above and beyond what MFP already assumed you would burn. Otherwise you're double dipping. So you won't actually get the FitBit adjustment until you've gone above what MFP assumed you will earn....0

I don't know if someone can help me...but are you supposed to track your exercise or does fit bit do that for you? I am pretty sure i burned more calories than its reporting. I am just really confused on how this works. It is not making sense to me...Any help or information would be great. Thansk!0
