These results are from HIIT and weights and runs with the kids in the jogging pram I work out at the most 40min per day 6 days a week! Eat more maybe , Im 57 162 pounds I lost the last 5 pounds by eating 2000 cal a day and exercising 1 hr a day 6 days a week I did 3 x weights days and 3x HIIT/tabata/ running days a week and really push hard get out of your comfort zone

I think it all depends can they perform their job correctly...id also find if the person seems to be too fit looking ( lots of muscles etc. it can be a little confronting to a person starting out, oh gosh we aren't all so perfect , what's your definition of overweight... I'm overweight for my height!

Good for you.. I did my cert 3 as a gym instructor but have choosen not too go further as a pt trainer. I feel llike the industry is too competitive and short lived, ( my personal opinion )
