Hello all,
After losing 36 kg over the past 8 months and going to the gym nearly everyday and doing a range of classes I have developed a love for it and have started studying this so I can help other people having been there myself.
I am concerned that I will find it hard going into an industry that mainly consists of people who have always been healthy and fit.
Would you prefer a trainer that had always been fit or someone that is still on their journey and only recently developed this passion?
