How to Slim down the thighs/?

How did you do it?? i huge muscular/some fat i think) thighs, after having a baby these thighs are creating problems( i can not seem to find shorts or sometimes jeans to accommodate them. currently i walk/ ran and do crossfit

    What is your diet like? Also crossfit and running will add muscle to your legs and hip area.

    mornings i have coffee and protein shake go for my walk/run return home i eat usuall fruit/ sandwhich for lunch another protien shake for afternoon tea, dinner is usually a small serving or pasta /or veges with meat. i do occasionally have treat which is icecream or a handfull of lollies ;( i know this is bad but i go bananas without some sugar.
    ok, so running/crossfit makes thighs bigger, why??:(

    calorie deficit... you don't get to choose where your body will lose the fat from unfortunately. You might just have bigger legs. Nothing wrong with that! :)

    As for cross fit (i have never done it) it is a full body workout lots of lifting from ground level, kettle bell, body weight squat, barbell thrust, kettle bell swing, box jump and ect all involve legs, this will add size.

    But like stated above you could just have big legs (genetics) blame that part on your ancestors. :smile:

    Calorie deficit coupled with heavy lifting 3x/week and cardio 2-3x/week have gotten me awesome results.

    By heavy lifting, I mean compound lifts with heavy-for-me weights. Right now, I'm squatting 130lbs. Some can do more, some can do less - I'm doing what's heavy for me.
