Protein Drinks/ After Work Out
Does anyone have any ideas on protein drinks, something quick for after workout that does not involve milk,.? Just to mix it up I dont want to drink a milk based protein shake everyday. especially when a lot of the time I eat cereal for breakfast. I dont want to get " milked" out :laugh:
