Am I the only one who feels like muffins by law should not have so many calories in them? esp the yummy honey bran muffins with raisin, I mean bran and rasins this should be a great thing, but I always feel guilty eating them . 441 calories not including my coffee, thats a huge chunk of calries gone,. I feel like after eating this muffin today I need to only have lettuce for lunch If I'm planning on eating dinner, Or I must make today a workout day

If you want muffins to be part of your regular diet, then every day needs to be an exercise day. I love exercise - the calories taste THE BEST! :)

We make whole wheat muffins all the time, and they are well under 300 calories. I guess it depends on what's in them and how big they are.

I made homemade pumpkin protein muffins and banana walnut muffins. Both are less than 150 calories with tons of protein and taste just like a regular muffin. I got the recipe from the recipes board.
