Intermitten diet

has anyone ever heard of intermitten diet, where you do not eat until about 12 or 1pm in the afternoon , and then stop eating at 8-9pm
a friend of mine suggested it to me, but online I only see male body builders doing this diet. I dont think I will try it but was wondering if any ladies ever approached this diet before, and if so what were the results?

You're referring to 16/8 intermittent fasting. I do it but I do 20/4. The feeding window isn't set in stone, you can choose to make it whenever you want. I eat from 7pm-11pm. As far as results, I'm 5'8", 113lbs, and have gained inches on my arms and legs while losing them from my hips and waist so I've gained muscle while losing fat. It's worked pretty well for me.0

Are you referring to Intermittent Fasting? It's not a diet, it's an eating structure. It doesn't have majical powers, it works for some people it doesn't sit well with others. I don't recommend it for women though.0
