so i know that throughout the day your weight fluctuates, I can weigh myself when I first wake up after I have went to the bathroom and be 3 lbs less than if I weished myself in the middles of the afternoon, I know the best thing to do is weigh myself at the same time everyday, but what is the normal "weight span" (if the is a proper term I dont know ) that I should take into consideration. If I weigh myself one day and ilm 5 lbs more than I was the exact same times yesterday, how much of this is just my body being weird vs .OMG I gained 5 pounds overnight?
if this makes any sense at all to you comment lol

I can bounce 3 lbs in from day to day always weighing at the same time. I do it for accountability for myself, but I pick one day a week to "track" weight gain or loss by.0
