Anyone else planning on signing up for the Tough Mudder in Oregon in June 2013? I was thinking of trying to get a team together :)

Has anyone purchased this?
http://www.workoutmusiconline.com Its music for HIIT no matter what you use. It also comes with 4 books its only 20 bucks and the preview sounds like the music would be good to pump you up. Just curious if anyone else has tried this or bought it and what they thought and their experience using it.

Training for TM newbie?
I still have roughly 90 pounds to lose but would like to start training now for (hopefully) Tough Mudder 2013 but am clueless about where to begin. Any advice, tips from those who have done it..TIA!

Don't know where else to vent :(
When I first joined MFP I was so very motivated, watching what was going in, getting my workouts in doing AWESOME! Then my knee started acting up and that started the slippery slop I am now falling, more like rolling down. Daily activity in goals area?
How do you know what level to set it at? I have mine set for sedentary but not sure if that is most accurate. I want to make sure it is set right so that I am getting the right amount of calories since I know too much will cause gain but too little will cause issues as well. I have been hearing a lot about Jillian's 30 day shred. I found it on my on demand on my cable box and there is a part 1 and a part 2. Do I do them both together or are they separate?

Loging workouts?
So usually I go for a walk and weights. Today I switched it up here is my workout: 10 minutes warmup 15 minutes stationary bike 15 calisthenics 15 minutes back on bike 15 minutes more calisthenics 10 minute cool down Someone mentioned I should be able to log it as cross or circut training? Is this true?

Determining portions? Meat?
So I do not have a scale, and at this point have no money to get one. Wondering what does an oz of chicken look like? Steak? Pork? Where can I find any info on this? I really need to up my protein and for me chicken and meat is where I can pack it in for low cals. Any suggestions is greatly appreciated! TIA!

Muscle soreness??
Its been a while since I have really worked out, but after the last 3 days of getting my butt back in gear I am almost to the point of not being able to really move without a lot of pain from soreness lol I already took a nice hot shower and stretched while in there, and it did help for a while. Took some Ibuprofen nadda.…

Not hungry?
So yesterday I ended the day with 700 extra calories and will likely end up with more today since I worked out longer. I know I don't want to put my body into starvation mode, but I just was stuffed after dinner and my treat that I could seriously not eat anymore. Should I push more food, or just listen to my body?
