Training for TM newbie?

I still have roughly 90 pounds to lose but would like to start training now for (hopefully) Tough Mudder 2013 but am clueless about where to begin. Any advice, tips from those who have done it..TIA!

    Did you check the training portion of their website? Granted the video is comical, but there is a workout at the bottom along with recommendations on how far you should be running. It says the average person completes it in a little over 3 hours.... and it is normally a 10-12 mile trek
