Hello - I just bought a used proform cross walk advanced 525x. It worked great until last night. I was jogging on it and the belt all of a sudden stopped and started squealing. Calorie Determination for Homemade Recipe
Does anyone know of a website that will help determine the calorie amount in a home made recipe? I know that I could add up the calories for each ingredient and divide by number of servings, but depending on the recipe that can get difficult. Anyone have any suggestions?
