Adding a secong workout while doing Insanity
Since I'm only burning between 300-400 calories per session, exept for Cardio Recovery...I only burn 140, I was wondering if I should throw some running in also to up my calorie burn for the day. Running: Treadmill vs Outside
Why is it I can run non-stop on a treadmill for an hour straight, but put me outside and I find myself stopping at least 2-3x to walk on a 4 mile run? Is it a mental thing??

HRM - Does "cool down" count?
Maybe I'm overanalyzing things...but I'm curious what everyone else does when using their HRM. Do you stop it immediately after you cardio workout, PRIOR to your cool down? Or do you keep it going until you have actually stepped off the machine?

Calories burned during Back Day
So I tried out my new Polar FT7 today for back day...and I burned 322 calories in just 30 minutes of lifting. Considering I was lifting in the 8-12 range with heavy weight, does this sound pretty accurate compared to those of you who have used your HRM while lifting?
