If there was only one exercise you could do for the rest of your life....what would it be???

I would choose squats....they work all parts of the body and I LOVE them!!

How about squats with jumps at the end for a little more burn?

Full Burpees. They incorporate everything. A full burpee has a pushup in it, a jump squat and move similar to a mountain climber.

They don't work your upper body. I would choose the front squat push press.

Heavy squats do work your upper body...they work your core, traps, and back. If you're not doing weighted squats...then no, they'd only work lower body. But who doesn't do weighted squats???

I'd say either a squat/clean/press full body compound exercise as mentioned, or either the Turkish Get Up with a heavy kettlebell.

Weighted squats. That, or weighted lunges.

Yoga for sure. I work 14 hours, sometimes 7 to 14 days at a time, I take my boyfriends son to school every morning, on my days off I pick him up in between cleaning the house and making runs to the grocery store, and I rarely get to see my friends or family. To put it simply, I'm stressed out.....a lot. The 20 minutes of yoga in the morning prepares me for my day, and the 30 minutes of yoga at night takes the weight of the day off my shoulders.

Why would I need to add weight when I already have an extra 40 lbs ;-)

Rock climbing. That's pretty much most of what I do anyway.

Running. It's simple, can be done anywere, even in place! You can get a treadmill for indoor, or go running through a nice park, down the street, or find places with a track, be it indoor or outdoor!

Probably some type of cardio. Sprinting?
