WATER & Crystal Light

Weight cooked or pre-cooked?

Low Carb Fruits - is there such a thing?
I need some help from all of you... I am trying to find some fruits that are low carb per serving. I am happy with eating only one serving, but most fruits seem to be SO HIGH considering what you get. An apple - 34 grams - good grief!!! Any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!

How can I figure out my calories burned with my workout?
I have a BowFlex, and LOVE IT! But, this site as well as Sparkpeople.com allows me to log my exercise, but doesn't tell me how many calories I am burning.
